The Sangrita Recipe

The Baja Spicy recipe is a mouth water dish that will set your taste buds on fire all while soothing your cravings for a tasty but spicy dish. The recipe calls for a variety of fresh vegetables and a spicy kick that every food lover will go crazy for.

Ingredients

Corn Tortillas (baked until crispy)
1 Red Pepper (sliced into thin pieces)
1 Yellow Pepper (sliced into thin pieces)
6 Jalapeo Peppers
1 can of black beans
2 tbls of chopped cilantro
1/4 cup of virgin olive oil
2 tbls of lime juice
Step by Step Directions (Preparation time 10 minutes)

Place your tortilla strips onto a large platter or you can set them up on individual plates for your guests.

Put your beans, cilantro and peppers into a large bowl.

Add in the virgin olive oil and lime juice into the large bowl and toss together, making sure the olive oil spreads evenly throughout the ingredients.

Place your bean and pepper mix onto your tortilla strips

Serve your tortilla dish right away for the best results
